Autism Mai Bachae ko joint attention nahi hote Jissae Bacha apne joy or experience ko Kissi sae share nahi Kar Pata. Jaise agar aasman Mai ek hwaijahaj ko dekhana fir apne parent ki Tara Dekhna aur us experience ki khushi ko share karna.
Brain ki neuronal plasticity 0 to 6 years tak but Jada hoti Hai. 19 to 30 months ka samay brain ki development ka mahatvpurn samay hota Hai, us samay Mai cortex Mai bhut sare simple connections bante Hai bhut sare synapses jo dhere dhere complex ho Jate hai, bhut sare new circuits bante hai jo ki alag alag tarh kae brain kae functions Mai help Karte hai. Agar in bacho ko early intervention di jai toh bache ka vikas teji sae ho sakta hai.
Occupational therapy aur sensory integration therapy sae bache ki senses , behaviour aur Sikhane ki shamtaon ka vikas ho jata. Sensory integration therapy bache ki alert karegi aur uski samjhna aur bolnae ki shamtaon ko bhi badhati hai.
Speech therapy sae bache bolna sikhta hai aur special education sae behaviour aur padhne ki shamtaen Badh jati hai. brain ka 90 pratishat vikas bache ki 5 year ki umar tak ho jata hai, isliae bacho ko early intervention denies chahiae taki bache ka vikas ho sake.
